AR experiences you've created (if you're an artist)
Comments, reviews, and interactions

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to our privacy team with the following information:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include:

Your full name
Email address associated with your account
User ID (if known)
Reason for deletion (optional)
Confirmation that you understand the action is irreversible

Method 2: Self-Service Account Deletion

If you have an active account, you can delete it directly from your dashboard:

Sign in to your account
Go to Settings → Account Management
Click "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision
Your data will be deleted within 30 days

Go to Account Settings

What Happens After Deletion

Immediate Actions

Your account will be deactivated immediately
You will lose access to all Herondo XR services
Your profile will be removed from public listings
All personal data will be marked for deletion

Data Processing Timeline

Within 24 hours

Account deactivated and access revoked

Within 7 days

Personal data removed from active systems

Within 30 days

All data permanently deleted from backups and archives

⚠️ Important Notes

Data deletion is irreversible - you cannot recover your data once deleted
Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., financial records)
Anonymized analytics data may be retained for business purposes
If you're an artist, your published AR experiences may remain public unless specifically requested for removal
